Hot Springs Express Itinerary

Less than 90 minutes from Melbourne city centre, the award-winning Peninsula Hot Springs resort is a unique holiday destination. After you’ve seen all the city’s sights and indulged your inner foodie, travel a little further afield to enjoy the luxurious life of the Victorian era. Get away from the hustle and bustle of the city and escape to a paradise to relax, rejuvenate and find your bliss.

You can choose the morning or twilight tour. Upon arrival, you can enjoy three hours of bathing. There are over 50 bathing experiences in the Bath House. You can try the famous Hill Top pool or the individual baby barrels. You can also explore the thermal mineral pools in the native garden landscape. Take a refreshing reflexology walk and try a cold plunge. You can bathe in the spacious 7-pool amphitheatre or discover your preferred sauna in the fire and ice area.
If you’re hungry, visit the café for a tasty and nutritious meal. They offer a variety of pizzas, light dishes, drinks, and smoothies. Alternatively, if you prefer, you can also have a picnic in one of the outdoor areas.
Select the Morning or Twilight tour to accommodate your schedule and enjoy the baths instead of engaging with your mobile device. If you desire evening entertainment during your bathing experience, the twilight tour offers periodic music and events for theatre enthusiasts.
If you prefer a more peaceful experience at Peninsula Hot Springs, you can choose our transport-only option and visit the adults-only (16+) bathhouse. At the Spa Dreaming Centre, you can plan your perfect day by arranging massages, facials, and private bathing in advance.

After you have completed your relaxation and rejuvenation, we will meet and return to the city.

The Bath House is where you can spend quality time with friends and family or meet new people on the bus. Important information

Bathing in the hot spring pools is not recommended during pregnancy or for people with heart conditions, hypertension, circulation disorders or diabetes. The Peninsula Hot Springs may ask you to sign a waiver form before entry.

As you will be bathing in mineral-rich water, we recommend leaving valuables at home as the water may cause jewellery to tarnish. This may also cause discolouration of swimwear.

If you wish to bring a camera, in the interest of others’ privacy, we ask that you only take photos of your friends.
